Informed Consent & Confidentiality Agreement 

This Agreement, by and between Alex Loyd of Dr. Alex Loyd Services, LLC (The Healing Codes)  hereinafter referred to as "Company", and  you, the customer hereinafter referred to as "Client",

W I T N E S S E T H:

 WHEREAS, Client wishes to learn with Company, as the Licensee of Dr. Alex Loyd Services, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company with offices currently located in Franklin, TN, phone 800- 516-3040, (Dr. Alex Loyd Services, LLC holds the rights to all proprietary information/products which are the subject of this Agreement) in a unique and absolutely proprietary version of what could be considered the holistic healing field.

 WHEREAS, the Company agrees to teach/train Client in any of the following said technologies called  “Belief Mapping”, “Advanced Belief Mapping”, “The Love Explosion Protocol” or any other product added to ““The Healing Codes” for “Belief Mapping”, “Advanced Belief Mapping” and/or “The Love Explosion Protocol” family” and  WHEREAS, Client acknowledges and agrees that training/teaching is proprietary and must only be used by Client as agreed to with the Company herein, and  WHEREAS, the Parties acknowledge and agree that the techniques involved are unique, and the Company relies on the confidentiality of the Client in such matters.  This is of utmost importance to the Company.

 

BE IT RESOLVED AND AGREED UPON, to-with: That for and in consideration of the above, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Disclosure of Information. Client acknowledges that they will not, disclose in whole or       in part to any   person, firm, corporation, association, or other entity any trade secrets            or trade processes or technologies, for any reason or purpose whatsoever.  In the             event of a breach or threatened breach by Client of the provisions of this Section 1,          Company shall be entitled to an injunction restraining Client from doing such     disclosure.  Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Company from pursuing       any other remedies available to Company for such breach or threatened breach,           including the recovery of damages from Client.          

As part of this confidentiality agreement, Clients will not be allowed to produce any materials relating to what they learned or involving our proprietary information that we trained them in.  They are not authorized to teach, show or give the technology that they learned to anyone but their immediate family.

Client agrees that the remedy at law for any breach by Client of the covenants contained herein will be inadequate, and that in the event of a violation of the covenants contained herein, in addition to any and all legal and equitable remedies which may be available, the said covenants may be enforced by an injunction in a suit in equity, without the necessity of proving actual damage, and that a temporary injunction may be granted immediately upon the commencement of any such suit, and without notice.  The parties hereto intend that the covenants contained in this Section 1 shall be deemed to be a series of separate covenants, one for each county of each state where Company does business. 

2. Intellectual Property. All right, title and interest of every kind and nature

whatsoever in and to any intellectual property of the technology called ““Belief Mapping”, “Advanced Belief Mapping”, “The Love Explosion Protocol”,  or any other product added to “Belief Mapping”, in whole or in part for The Healing Codes and Dr. Alex Loyd Services LLC” family  is owned by the Company.

3. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in

accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

4. Attorney's Fees. In any suit, action, or proceeding between the parties

seeking enforcement of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or relating to any transaction contemplated by this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such suit, action, or proceeding shall be awarded, in addition to damages, injunctive or other relief, its reasonable costs and expenses, including but not limited to taxable costs and a reasonable attorney's fee.

5. Client Agrees and acknowledges that they have been advised that they must consult with their licensed healthcare provider before they perform, advise or consult Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol on themselves or others. The client agrees that they will not share how to do the Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol process or any process from DALS without written permission from Dr. Alex Loyd, Dr. Alex Loyd Services LLC and written permission from the party/individual they wish to perform, advise or consult the Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol process on. Written consent must also be given from the party/individual that they in turn will not share or consult on the Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol process with others.

W I T N E S S E T H

I, the Client do commit that I understand that I am to keep confidential everything

I learned, in whole or in part, about any of the technologies called “Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol”,  or any other product added to “The Healing Codes for ………..” family in the Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol program or that I learned in a conversation with members of Dr. Alex Loyd Services, LLC.  I understand the above terms of this confidentiality agreement and by my signature below I signify that I do promise such confidentiality.  I acknowledge that what I have learned is confidential and I can not teach or show anyone what I have learned and any breach of this confidentiality agreement will result in a law suit against me.

category of “energy therapy.” A client learns and uses  these to balance their own body’s energy system with the intention of reducing stress, enhancing overall health, and removing stress from  the body.

Dr. Alex Loyd Services, LLC and its Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion ProtocolPractitioners believe that it is the client who heals himself/herself, and that the tools simply assist the client in this process. Every  client is unique, and therefore, each client’s experience with Coding may be unique.

Coaching is not a substitute for regular medical or psychological care.  Coaching is not about disease or illness—rather, its focus is on healing and wellness.

Medical authorities do not recognize this work as “medicine”. We agree. There are researchers in this area who believe there is a correlation between the detection of certain energetic frequencies due to spiritual issues and the presence of disease states or organisms in the body. Energy therapies, like the Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol and any Coaching, may be able to identify the unhealthy spiritual issues before a physical disease manifests in the body. As a person heals those issues, health is enhanced. Our work, which includes evaluations and scans of the subtle-energy field, isstrictly limited to address the spiritual issues.

For example, we are scanning for spiritual issues that may be disturbing of one’s peace and causing stress. Coaches create Codes to address them.  We cannot determine if a client actually has Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Manic Depression or HIV, for example. Testing for that is beyond our expertise. For those determinations, we refer clients to their M.D. or licensed health careprofessional for appropriate tests.

No one is advised to discontinue or to avoid medical or psychological consultations. There are cases where medical or psychotherapeutic consultations are advised. Don’t use these techniques to try to solve a problem where your common sense would tell you it is inappropriate. Since these are self-treatment techniques, we cannot and will not take responsibility for what you do with them. You are required to take complete responsibility for your own well-being both during and after the use of our materials and/or coaching sessions.

Although these techniques are being used by therapists, health professionals and lay people worldwide, the practice of bioenergetic consulting is not currently regulated by any licensing board in the United States. Any spiritual counseling provided by Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol Practitioners is not part of any recognized religion or ministry but is not incompatible with same.

If you use these techniques on yourself or others, you must agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being and you are required to advise others to do the same.

Hold Harmless Agreement

You must agree to hold harmless Dr. Alex Loyd, Dr. Alex Loyd Services, LLC (DALS) , all

Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol Practitioners, and anyone affiliated with DALS from any claims, liability, or loss incurred directly or indirectly by you (or anyone you may teach or seek to help using) as a result of the use or application of any techniques or methods learned from Dr. Alex Loyd, a Belief Mapping, Advanced Belief Mapping, and/or The Love Explosion Protocol Practitioner or a DALS product.

You agree, with signature, that Dr. Alex is doing this work under his ordination as a minister of the Church. He was ordained in 1991 by the Hixson Church of Christ Elders, and by the U.S. Government in official documents. This is NOT secular counseling or therapy in any way. Any payment paid or received is agreed to be a donation to my non-profit ministry.
