LT3 Confidentiality Agreement
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT – LT3 PROGRAMS
By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your purchase and participation in any LT3 Programs, including but not limited to the Health & Success Workshop, Identity & Worth Workshop, Virtues vs. Vices Workshop, Belief Mapping Programs, LT3 Teaching Library, and Belief Mapping Community Membership (collectively referred to as the “LT3 Programs”), provided by Dr. Alexander Loyd Services, located at 113 Murfreesboro Rd, Franklin, Tennessee 37064, United States:
1. Personal Use Only
The LT3 Programs and all related materials—including video/audio content, PDF guides, teaching libraries, belief mapping tools, community access, and any downloadable or shared resources are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, duplicate, publish, or distribute any portion of the content for use by others.
2. No Commercial Use or Teaching Rights
You agree that participation in LT3 does not grant you any rights to teach, reproduce, license, or sell the materials or concepts derived from the LT3 Programs. These tools are not to be used for coaching, clinical practice, or educational services, free or paid, without prior written consent from Dr. Alexander Loyd Services.
3. Confidential and Proprietary Information
All LT3 content is proprietary and confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, training videos, processes, belief mapping tools, written materials, and shared access links. You agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of this material and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
4. No Sharing of Access or Materials
Access to any platforms (including private websites, membership areas, and cloud storage such as Google Drive) is provided solely for your personal, individual use. Sharing login credentials, download links, or re-uploading content elsewhere is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, tools, and materials included in the LT3 Programs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Alexander Loyd Services. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal transformation only. No intellectual property rights are transferred or implied.
6. Consequences of Breach
Any breach of this agreement, including unauthorized sharing, teaching, or commercialization, may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access to LT3 materials
- No refund eligibility
- Possible legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief
