HOW IT WORKS
SolaraGem is designed to attach magnetically to a readily available camera light called the Lume Cube 2.0. It has a built-in rechargeable battery which will run up to 24 hours on a charge when used at the recommended 10% intensity level. It can also be controlled by a phone app which allows access to additional settings.
The Lume Cube 2.0 light source is designed to attach to any standard (1/4" 20 thread) camera mount, of which there are hundreds to choose from. This allows the end-user to choose something that works best for them and the space they have available. You'll see examples of just a few of the ways you can easily mount the system throughout the website.
This setup not only keeps the cost of the system down, but it also provides for maximum flexibility. The other units on the market are much larger and bulkier and require power hookup for general use. Being able to use SolaraGem anywhere, in any type of space, is a benefit that will be hard to appreciate for those who haven't used earlier systems.
CROWN
Start your SolaraGem treatment with the crown of the head, covering it with light. This will bring relaxation, balance, and a sense of contentment and peace. Cover the crown of the head with light with the SolaraGem about 6 inches above the head, and start off with about 30 minutes of exposure.
If you feel spacey or overly relaxed after doing this, hold off on driving or operating machinery until you get back to normal. For home use, we recommend doing this just prior to or during sleep
BODY
For the treatment of particular ailments or pains, the SolaraGem can be focused on specific parts of the body. You can point the SolaraGem at any part of the body you would like to address. The beam spreads out so place the SolaraGem at the distance necessary to cover the desired area, and start with about 30 minutes of exposure.
SLEEP
SolaraGem can greatly enhance sleep. Be sure to experiment with it based around your own needs and schedule, as in some cases it might boost your energy instead of causing you to relax and go to sleep. It's generally wise not to make a drastic change in your sleep habits, especially before an important day.
If sleep issues are already impacting you severely, then it's OK to be a bit bolder in your efforts from the start. Each of us is unique and will respond in different ways, so don't expect a uniform experience, even among family members.
