I believe to cure the body of any health threat we must address the source of the problem, rather than treating individual symptoms.
What is the main source of all illness in the body? Stress-energy.
So, how do we eliminate this stress-energy and improve our health?
With leaps in Quantum Physics and the help of technology, we have finally been able to discover an otherwise ‘invisible’ energy system in the body which is now changing the way we treat illness- energy healing.
I started my energy healing practice in a basement, developing Trilogy for Health- a healing system now being used by millions of people in 173 countries and 50 states.
WHAT IS TRILOGY FOR HEALTH?
This is a self-directed healing method combining the top 12 most powerful energy healing methods into one therapy. It is customized and conducted by you- treating body, mind, and emotion, and providing you with maximum whole healing.
I have sifted, sorted, classified, and combined the best methods (from ancient to modern), to give you the ‘Trilogy Effect’ – a system medically mapped to identify each meridian and acupoint in your body.
These can then be stimulated and cleared, adjusting energy and allowing your body to finally work as a team.
Below I summarize my A+ list of the top 12 healing methods of all time that you can use to eliminate the source of your body’s unhealthy stress-energy, shifting you from self-destruct to self-heal.
1. CHAKRAS
The Chakras are energy centers that sit along the midline of the torso and along the Governing and Conception Vessels.
There are 7 main Chakras, which run from our base to our head and are responsible for receiving and distributing lifeforce energy to meridians.
When we are energetically blocked in our energy centers, this can cause discord and illness.
2. MERIDIANS
Your 12 meridians are ‘energy pathways’ where lifeforce energy flows through, forming its own circulation system and distributing energy to our organs.
Stress can disrupt this energy flow and cause blockages, resulting in ill health.
Meridians attach to organs, cells, and tissues and exchange energy.
3. ACUPOINTS
There are 361 acupoints located along our meridians.
We can access and manipulate energy flow at these points using touch to open, activate, and rebalance meridian flow.
In treatment, we touch the start and endpoint of the meridian; this impacts the entire meridian and the organs, cells, and tissues it connects to and exchanges energy with.
4. REIKI ENERGY THERAPY
Lifeforce energy flows through our bodies. When we are stressed, this can disrupt the quality of this energy and how it flows.
Reiki is a technique that involves using the placement of our hands over the body to redirect lifeforce energy and rebalance it.
It can also help to shift pain and discomfort.
5. GOVERNING VESSEL
The two main central meridians function like a life-energy storage unit and provide the meridian network with energy, acting as a central river.
Central meridian number 1 starts at our tailbone and runs along the spine to our upper lip, storing energy and collecting used energy for storage before release.
This river gives life to our meridians, cells, and organs, and when running optimally, provides us with good health.
When it is obstructed, this is when everything else becomes disrupted.
6. THE CONCEPTION VESSEL
This is central meridian number 2, starting at our pubic bone and running up the midline to our lower lip, storing used energy.
It forms with the Governing Vessel; when energy flow is negative, and flow is obstructed, this is when we start to see ill health.
7. HEALING CODE NUMBER 1
The Healing Codes System activates a natural physical healing mechanism in the body, helping us identify and heal negative cellular memories that impact our immune system and health.
When a pain memory is triggered, it sends out a stress signal and turns on our stress mechanism, also turning our thrive mechanism down.
Healing Codes System 1 involves using our fingertips to channel life-energy to four healing centers in our head in a specific order and combination.
This stops the stress signal from the painful memory and removes it, providing healing.
8. HEALING CODE NUMBER 2
This is an extension of number 1, activating additional healing centers in a specific order, whilst addressing painful memories sending out negative thoughts and feelings. This creates further healing.
9. EYE MOVEMENT THERAPY
Rapid eye movement (REM) is a natural mechanism used to process memories and release emotions.
Normally, this is done in our sleep; however, our eyes move rapidly when we think of stressful things consciously.
Consciously using EMT when thinking of stressful situations can help us to release and heal emotions.
10. BREATHING
We all know how to breathe! But did you know you can manipulate your breath to help process stress?
Using irregular breathing techniques when addressing stressful emotions can help to process stress and release energy.
11. PRAYER
This is a time to acknowledge all thoughts and feelings and turn negativity into hope, asking to transform bad to good and to understand the truth of an issue., allowing us to truly process something.
12. RELEASING STATEMENT
This is a process of becoming unstuck by replacing the negative with the positive.
It takes gradual time to process, but eventually, we release the old and replace it with the new.
We use a series of statements that help us to identify blocks and work on each blockage in steps.
At each step, we use the 11 healing modalities listed above to work through the blockage until we release it and move to the next step.
After rigorous testing with Stanford Professor Dr. William Teller, we found a 98% success rate in healing using this method in a specific sequence and process.
