Diabetes is a chronic worldwide illness. How can we make life better?

__

Did you know that 34.2 million Americans have diabetes? That’s 1 in 10 people!

And that isn’t all. Currently, 1 in 3 people have prediabetes.[1]

Diabetes is a chronic illness and unfortunately, we do not have it under control.

I break down the basics of diabetes and explain how we can help improve living with the condition, or even better, reverse it!

WHAT IS DIABETES?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, diabetes is a chronic condition affecting the body’s ability to turn food into energy.

When we consume food (such as carbs), our body breaks it down into glucose (sugar) and releases it into our bloodstream.

Blood glucose is our main energy source.

When our blood sugar is high, our pancreas releases a hormone called insulin; this allows our cells to take in the sugar, removing it from our bloodstream.

However, when our pancreas cannot release enough, or any, insulin, sugar stays in our bloodstream.

The result? Unfortunately, a whole host of health conditions such as heart disease and vision loss.[2]

TYPES OF DIABETES

Type 1 diabetes is usually detected at a young age and currently cannot be cured.

The body cannot produce any insulin and so insulin needs to be administered daily.

Type 2 diabetes occurs when the body is not making enough insulin or isn’t using it very well.

Type 2 diabetes is most common and usually develops from lifestyle factors related to exercise, diet, and weight.

WHAT IS PREDIABETES?

84% of the people who have prediabetes are unaware they have it.[3]

Prediabetes occurs when blood sugar levels are high but are not yet within the type 2 range to be diagnosed.

It is a warning sign indicating the need to make lifestyle changes!

HOW CAN WE IMPROVE SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES?

Type 1 diabetes cannot be cured but symptoms can be carefully managed with the aid of a qualified health professional.

For anyone suffering from type 2 diabetes and prediabetes, whilst the same applies, symptoms can still be reversed or prevented!

Increasing exercise and activity levels, following a balanced and varied diet, managing weight, and getting adequate sleep, are all great ways of controlling (or reversing) symptoms of diabetes.

There is another incredibly powerful (and lesser-known) tool that can help to improve symptoms of this health condition- stress management.

HOW TRILOGY FOR HEALTH CAN HELP YOU

Research suggests that stress is a leading source of mental and physical illness.

In my article 5 Reasons to Try Trilogy and Transform Your Life, I discuss the implications of stress on the body.

In the article, I mention a study by The American Psychological Association, which states that one-third of Americans live under extreme stress.

When we carry unhealthy stress-energy, our immune system is compromised and cells cannot repair, grow, or function.

This disrupts homeostasis (balance) within the body and can lead to chronic illness and health conditions.

I have developed a system called Trilogy For Health, which is designed to clear damaging stress-energy, strengthen immunity, rebalance the body, and hit reset on health!

It is a customized healing method designed alongside a set of self-healing sequences and it works for any health condition!

I also provide a health manual index to help you decide how, and what, to treat.

If it all sounds too good to be true, we worked alongside Dr. William Tiller, PhD., Stanford University and our results show a consistent 98% success rate.

You can now access this technique and transform your health.

Have a blessed, wonderful day!
